Some Tredagh Singers members were honoured to join the chorus of “Mass of the Bells” by composer Michael Holohan, broadcast live on RTE television on November 23, to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Saint Oliver Plunkett. Canon Eugene Sweeney celebrated the mass at St Peter’s Catholic church, which featured the premier of the new work from the Drogheda based composer, and included several local choirs and the Drogheda Community Orchestra. A fabulous celebration of the very best of local musical talent!
